The Spiski Palace boasts location in the very heart of Kraków, right by the Main Market Square. Housed in a building formerly hosting Polish royalty, it offers accommodation in apartments combining modern amenities with palace-style interiors.

The apartments will provide you with a flat-screen TV featuring satellite channels, and free WiFi.There is a kitchen fully quipped for self-catering in each. Featuring a shower or a bathtub, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer, towels and free toiletries.

If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out Town Hall Tower (100 metres) and St. Mary's Basilica (200 metres). John Paul II Airport is located 11 km from the property.

Refundable damage deposit A PLN600 damage deposit is required on arrival (around USD153.13). This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

A surcharge of 15 EUR applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.

Please note that apartment is located in a pedestrian zone with no car park nearby.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of PLN 600 is required on arrival. That's about 140.20EUR. You should be reimbursed on check-out.

Is there a ground floor 3bed apartment . Is there airport shuttle

Dear Guest, The three bedroom apartment is located at the 4th floor of the building ( no elevator ). Unfortunately we do not have such unit at the ground level. Taxi service is available under request ( additional fee is required ).

Superb
How wonderful the staff were especially Johanna who helped us in our hour of need when stuck in Krakow when the coronavirus closed everything down. She tried her best to find out information from the airlines and instead of kicking us out of our appartment, she managed to arrange for us to stay there until our flight back on Monday night (16th March). I don't know what we would have done without her help. Thank you so much and will definitely be back once the virus outbreak has settled down and life returns to normal.
The fact the coronavirus affected our trip and couldn't see much of the lovely city of Krakow.

The Spiski Palace
The location is perfect.
The kitchen did not have enough. Hardly any glasses or cups. The stairs where also very narrow and at times seemed dangerous. We where woken early every morning by someone with a hammer and drill which lasted hours and was very annoying. We where also woken by bottle skips being emptied and people banging doors. We will be staying in a hotel next time.
