Is there a ground floor 3bed apartment . Is there airport shuttle

Dear Guest, The three bedroom apartment is located at the 4th floor of the building ( no elevator ). Unfortunately we do not have such unit at the ground level. Taxi service is available under request ( additional fee is required ).

Superb
How wonderful the staff were especially Johanna who helped us in our hour of need when stuck in Krakow when the coronavirus closed everything down. She tried her best to find out information from the airlines and instead of kicking us out of our appartment, she managed to arrange for us to stay there until our flight back on Monday night (16th March). I don't know what we would have done without her help. Thank you so much and will definitely be back once the virus outbreak has settled down and life returns to normal.
The fact the coronavirus affected our trip and couldn't see much of the lovely city of Krakow.

The Spiski Palace
The location is perfect.
The kitchen did not have enough. Hardly any glasses or cups. The stairs where also very narrow and at times seemed dangerous. We where woken early every morning by someone with a hammer and drill which lasted hours and was very annoying. We where also woken by bottle skips being emptied and people banging doors. We will be staying in a hotel next time.
